My Petite French Box helps you discover the best French brands and designers for your kids and the whole family through a bi-monthly subscription service (every 2 months) and online shop.

Every box will feature a unique selection of full-sized French products for kids and family. It’s a variation of items from apparel, fashion accessories, educational, lifestyle and decoration items and more!

· How do I log in and save account?
You can easily manage your subscriptions at your convenience! Here's how:
1. On your computer, go to https://www.mpfbox.com
2. Click on JOIN in the upper, left-hand corner
3. Log in to your account or create one.
*If the above steps lead to an error message, please know that while you have placed orders with us before, you may not currently have a customer account. All you'll need to do is create a new account at https://www.mpfbox.com/account/register using your email address (as associated with your past orders) and your previous orders will automatically merge into your new account.

Go to https://www.mpfbox.com/account/login, click on 'Forgot your password?' and follow the steps.
· How do I update my shipping address?
· Which Box will I receive first?
What we can tell you is that the first Box you receive depends on the date you subscribed. If you subscribe before 20th of the month, you'll receive the Box for the same month as long as it is still in stock. If it is not available, you will receive the following box.
· Will I receive my next Box automatically?
Yes, if you have chosen a bi-monthly subscription then it will renew itself automatically.
· I only want to receive one Box. Is this possible?
Yes! You can buy your box as one time to treat a kid for $125.
· How do I unsubscribe?
What a shame to see you go! Log in to your account and manage your subscription.
· What are your delivery methods?
All our boxes are sent from by UPSP. Keep a close eye!
· How much does shipping cost?
It’s free shipping for the subscription boxes and for the Newborn Box, in the United States.
· I haven't received my Box, what should I do?
Your box typically ship in 5-7 business days. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
All the boxes ordered in January will be shipped in February. If your box hasn't arrived by the 21th of February, you should first check at the Post Office. Don't hesitate to contact us and we'll help you track down your delivery.
· What countries do you ship to?
Yes – we ship worldwide.
· How much does shipping cost?
The subscription boxes and the one times boxes (including Newborn gift box) ship free anywhere in the United States. If we are shipping your box to Canada or other countries duties and taxes are included at checkout.
